Ongoing Projects of As-Sunnah Foundation: A Practical Analysis and Suggestions!

As-Sunnah Foundation is playing a pivotal role in the humanitarian and economic development of the country, which is able to play a significant role in the overall development of the country through various social and community service projects. This organization is carrying out important projects such as self-reliance, skill development, tree plantation for environmental protection, safe water supply, Ramadan Iftar, winter clothing distribution, Qurbani, and disaster relief and rehabilitation throughout the year. Through these projects, many aspects including serving humanity, improving the living standards of small and marginal families, strengthening communal unity and harmony in the current Bengal are being properly completed. Innumerable poor and disadvantaged people in Bangladesh face various problems due to various reasons. Which can be solved through the following initiatives, InshaAllah.

আস-সুন্নাহ ফাউন্ডেশন দেশের মানবিক এবং অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নে যুগান্তকারী ভূমিকা রেখে চলেছে যা দেশের সার্বিক উন্নয়নে উল্লেখযোগ্য ভূমিকা রাখতে সক্ষম হচ্ছে বিভিন্ন সোস্যাল ও সমাজসেবা প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে। এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি স্বাবলম্বীকরণ, স্কিল ডেভেলাপমেন্ট, পরিবেশ রক্ষার জন্য বৃক্ষরোপণ, নিরাপদ পানি সরবরাহ, রমজানের ইফতার, শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ, কুরবানী, ও দুর্যোগে ত্রাণ ও পুনর্বাসনের মতো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রকল্পগুলো বছরব্যাপী চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে। এসব প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে মানবতার সেবা, ক্ষুদ্র ও প্রান্তিক পরিবারের জীবনমান উন্নয়ন, আবহমান বাংলার সপ্রদায়িক ঐক্য ও সম্প্রীতি জোরদার সহ আরও অনেক দিক যথাযথভাবে সুসম্পন্ন হচ্ছে। বাংলাদেশে অসংখ্য দরিদ্র ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিত মানুষ নানা কারণে নানান রকম সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয়ে থাকে। যা নিম্নোক্ত উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে সমাধান করা সম্ভব ইনশাআল্লাহ্।

1. Entrepreneurship Development and Self-reliance: Firstly, the main objective of this project is to make poor and unemployed people self-reliant by involving them in small businesses or handicrafts. For this, the foundation provides necessary training, materials and financial assistance. To make this project more effective, regular evaluation, monitoring and counseling sessions of the beneficiaries can be started. Furthermore, it will be easy to encourage others by highlighting case studies of successful entrepreneurs. Through which poor and underprivileged people are being empowered. At the same time, hands-on training is provided through the Skill Development Institute, so that they can establish themselves by becoming proficient in various professions. As a result, they will be able to play a progressive role in the country's overall development, i.e. poverty alleviation and implementation of Islamic rule, InshaAllah.

১. উদ্যোক্তা বিকাশ ও স্বাবলম্বীকরণ: প্রথমত, এই প্রকল্পের মূল লক্ষ্য হচ্ছে দরিদ্র ও কর্মহীন মানুষকে ছোটখাটো ব্যবসা বা হস্তশিল্পে সম্পৃক্ত করে আত্মনির্ভরশীল করে তোলা। এটি বাস্তবায়নের জন্য ফাউন্ডেশন প্রয়োজনীয় প্রশিক্ষণ, উপকরণ এবং আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদান করে থাকে। এই প্রকল্পকে আরও কার্যকর করতে উপকারভোগীদের নিয়মিত মূল্যায়ন, মনিটরিং এবং কাউন্সেলিং সেশন চালু করা যেতে পারে। তদ্ব্যতীত, সফল উদ্যোক্তাদের কেস স্টাডি তুলে ধরলে অন্যদের উৎসাহিত করা সহজ হবে। যার মাধ্যমে দরিদ্র ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিত মানুষ সক্ষম হচ্ছে। একই সাথে, স্কিল ডেভেলাপমেন্ট ইন্সটিটিউটের মাধ্যমে হাতে-কলমে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হয়, যাতে তারা বিভিন্ন পেশায় পারদর্শী হয়ে নিজেদের প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে পারে। যার ফলশ্রতিতে দেশের স্বার্বিক তথা দারিদ্র বিমোচন ও ইসলামের শাসন প্রয়োগে অগ্রগতি ভূমিকা পালন করতে সক্ষম হবে ইনশাআল্লাহ্।

2. Environmental development through tree plantation: We will be guided by the Hadith that planting trees is a good deed that helps the dead tree reach its grave. Therefore, the importance of planting trees in protecting the environment and in the hope of the hereafter is immense. Where As-Sunnah Foundation has taken an environmentally friendly initiative by launching tree plantation programs in various places. Awareness raising initiatives can be taken by involving local school and college students in this project.

In addition, local "tree friends" volunteers can be created to take care of trees. Not only planting trees, but also local people are made aware of the important issues of water, canter, and environmental conservation. Practices or projects related to local agricultural cultivation are also carried out with trees. This will increase biological resources and reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the environment, which will play a useful role for the animal kingdom of Allah, InshaAllah.

২. বৃক্ষরোপণের মাধ্যমে পরিবেশ উন্নয়ন: আমরা হাদিসের মাধ্যমে যেনে থাকবো যে, বৃক্ষ রোপন করা সদগায়ে যারিয়া যা মৃত বৃক্তির কবরে ছবাব পৌছাতে সাহায্য করে। তাই পরিবেশ রক্ষায় ও পরকালের আশায় গাছ লাগানোর গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম। যেখানে আস-সুন্নাহ ফাউন্ডেশন বিভিন্ন জায়গায় বৃক্ষরোপণ কর্মসূচি চালু করে পরিবেশবান্ধব উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেছে। এই প্রকল্পে স্থানীয় স্কুল ও কলেজের শিক্ষার্থীদের যুক্ত করে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির উদ্যোগ নেওয়া যেতে পারে।

এছাড়া গাছের পরিচর্যার জন্য স্থানীয় "গাছবন্ধু" ভলান্টিয়ার তৈরি করা যেতে পারে। শুধু গাছ লাগানোই নয়, এর সঙ্গে স্থানীয় মানুষকে সচেতন করা হয় জল, ক্যানটার, পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়গুলি নিয়ে। গাছের সঙ্গে স্থানীয় কৃষি চাষাবাদ সম্পর্কিত প্রাক্টিস বা প্রকল্পও চালানো হয়। এতে জৈবিক সম্পদ বাড়বে এবং পরিবেশে কার্বন ডাইঅক্সাইডের পরিমাণ কমবে যা মহান আল্লাহর প্রাণীকূলের জন্য উপযোগী ভূমিকা পালন করবে ইনশাআল্লাহ্।

3. Skill Development Institute: Skill development i.e. practical religious work skills which are a timely step towards making the unemployed youth of this country and the world employable can be expected to work well. In the context of our country, this training center has been established through which As-Sunnah Foundation provides training in sewing, computers, mobile servicing, graphic design, and many other trades. In the future, this institute will help increase job opportunities by providing special courses for women, online training facilities (AI timely training) and connecting with the industry, InshaAllah.

৩. স্কিল ডেভেলাপমেন্ট ইন্সটিটিউট: স্কিল ডেভেলাপমেন্ট তথা বাস্তব ধর্মী কর্ম দক্ষতা যা এদেশের তথা বিশ্বের বেকার যুব সমাজকে কর্মক্ষম করে গড়ে তোলার লক্ষ্যে যুগ উপযোগী পদক্ষেপ ভালো কাজ করবে আশা রাখা যায়। আমাদের দেশের পৃক্ষাপটে এই প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র যা গঠন করা হয়েছে তার মাধ্যমে আস-সুন্নাহ ফাউন্ডেশন সেলাই, কম্পিউটার, মোবাইল সার্ভিসিং, গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন, এবং আরও অনেক ট্রেড ভিত্তিক প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হয়। ভবিষ্যতে এই ইনস্টিটিউটে নারীদের জন্য বিশেষ কোর্স, অনলাইন প্রশিক্ষণ সুবিধা (এআই সময় উপযোগী প্রশিক্ষণ) এবং ইন্ডাস্ট্রির সাথে যোগাযোগ করে চাকরির সুযোগ বাড়াতে সাহায্য করবে ইনশাআল্লাহ্।

4. Safe Water and Sanitation Project: There is still a shortage of safe water in many rural and urban areas of the country. The foundation is working to meet the demand for safe water by installing tubewells, water filters and deep tube wells in different areas. This initiative will be more effective if the quality of the water used is regularly tested and the progress of management can be increased through a trained team for water management.

In addition, this project will improve non-residential and outdoor tanks and garbage disposal systems. In addition, it will educate the public about ways to stay healthy and prevent diseases, and create awareness against unhealthy and unsafe water environments that cause dangerous diseases.

৪. নিরাপদ পানি ও স্যানিটেশন প্রকল্প: দেশের অনেক গ্রামীণ ও শহরাঞ্চলে এখনও নিরাপদ পানির ঘাটতি রয়েছে। ফাউন্ডেশনের মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন এলাকায় টিউবওয়েল, ওয়াটার ফিল্টার এবং গভীর নলকূপ স্থাপন করে নিরাপদ পানির চাহিদা পূরণে কাজ করছে। এই উদ্যোগ আরও কার্যকর হবে যদি ব্যবহৃত পানির মান নিয়মিতভাবে পরীক্ষা করা এবং পানি ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য একটি প্রশিক্ষিত টিম এর মাধ্যমে পরিচালনার অগ্রগতি বাড়ানো যেতে পারে।

এছাড়াও এই প্রকল্পের দ্বারা নন আবাসিক তথা বাইরের ট্যাংক ও আবর্জনা নিষ্কাশন ব্যবস্থা উন্নত করা। পাশাপাশি জনসাধারণকে সচেতন করে শরীর-সুস্থ থাকা ও রোগ প্রতিরোধের উপায় শেখানো এবং ভয়ঙ্কর রোগের সৃষ্টি হয় এমন অ-সুষ্ঠ ও অ-নিরাপদ, পানি-পরিবেশ তার বিরুদ্ধে সচেতনতা গড়ে তোলা যেতে পারে।

5. Iftar and winter clothing distribution: I believe that distributing Iftar among the poor and helpless during the month of Ramadan and distributing winter clothing during the winter are one of the most humanitarian projects of the Foundation. Through these two projects, not only relief is distributed, but these activities will also help create a sense of respect, support and love for the poor and helpless people of the society, as well as a water bowl.

Since these times are important in terms of religious practices and humanitarian aspects. In the future, the selection of real beneficiaries can be made more transparent by introducing an online registration system. This initiative will help increase the creation of an environment of compassion and empathy in the society, InshaAllah.

৫. ইফতার ও শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ: রমজান মাসে গরীব ও অসহায়দের মাঝে ইফতার বিতরণ এবং শীতকালে শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ ফাউন্ডেশনের অন্যতম মানবিক প্রকল্প বলে মনে করি। এ দুটি প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে শুধু ত্রাণ বিতরণই নয়, বরং এই কার্যক্রমগুলি সমাজের দরিদ্র ও অসহায় মানুষদের সম্মান, সমর্থন ও ভালোবাসার প্রভাব তথা পানিবাটিও তৈরি করতে সহায়তা করবে।

যেহেতু এ সময়গুলো ধর্মীয় অনুশীলন ও মানবিক দিক বিবেচনায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। ভবিষ্যতে অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পদ্ধতি চালু করে প্রকৃত সুবিধাভোগী নির্বাচন আরও স্বচ্ছ করা যেতে পারে। এই উদ্যোগ সমাজে সমবেদনা ও সহানুভূতির পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি বৃদ্ধিকরতে সহায়তা করবে, ইনশাআল্লাহ্।

6. Qurbani Project: In the current market scenario, the common people of the country are unable to meet the demand for meat due to the price situation. Therefore, every year on Eid-ul-Azha, meat is distributed to the common people and the poor through the Qurbani Fund of donors. Which, on the one hand, will fulfill religious obligations, and will also indicate prayers and help for helpless families.

Part of the income from the distribution of Qurbani and animal slaughter is converted into food and relief, which greatly benefits the people of remote areas of the society. In this very smoothly implemented project, the use of modern technology in animal slaughter, meat processing and distribution can further improve this management. If online tracking facilities are introduced for donors, transparency and trust will increase.

৬. কুরবানী প্রকল্প: বর্তমান বাজার পৃক্ষাপটে দেশের সাধারণ মানুষ মাংসে চাহিদা পুরণে অক্ষম যার কারন মূল্যস্থীতি। তাই প্রতি বছর ঈদুল আজহায় দাতাদের কুরবানী ফান্ডের মাধ্যমে সাধারণ মানুষ তথা দরিদ্রদের মাঝে মাংস পৌঁছে দেওয়া। যা একদিকে ধর্মীয় পরিপূর্ণতা সাধনের পাশাপাশি, অসহায় পরিবারের জন্য দোয়া ও সাহায্য নির্দেশ করবে।

কুরবানি বিতরণ ও পশু জবেহ এর মাধ্যমে আয়ের অংশ খাদ্য ও ত্রাণে পরিণত হয় যা সমাজের প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলের মানুষকে অনেক উপকার করে। অত্যন্ত সুচারুভাবে বাস্তবায়িত এই প্রকল্পে পশু জবাই, মাংস প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও বিতরণে আধুনিক প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার আরও উন্নত করতে পারে এই ব্যবস্থাপনা। দাতাদের জন্য অনলাইন ট্র্যাকিং সুবিধা চালু করা গেলে স্বচ্ছতা ও আস্থা বৃদ্ধি পাবে।

7. Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation: Our country is a riverine country, although there is not much water available in the rivers now because of India. Nevertheless, unexpected droughts, storms, tidal waves and floods cause suffering in the lives of people, especially tidal waves are caused by the rising sea water hitting the coast. This is a type of natural disaster. It can happen for various reasons, usually tidal waves are caused by cyclones, tsunamis. Therefore, during natural disasters, fires or epidemics, the foundation can play a leading role by standing by the people in danger and providing immediate relief materials and rehabilitation services, where As-Sunnah Foundation has been able to take effective steps in dealing with past disasters. And in the future, it is necessary to be prepared at the national and local levels by forming a “Rapid Response Team”. In addition, self-reliance or home reconstruction support can be provided for long-term rehabilitation.

৭. দুর্যোগকালীন ত্রাণ ও পুনর্বাসন: আমাদের দেশ নদীমাতৃক দেশ যদিও এখন নদীতে তেমন পানি পাওয়া যায় না ভারতের কারণে। তথাপি অনাকাক্ষিত খড়া, ঝড়, জলোচ্ছ্বাস এবং বন্যার কারণে মানুষের জন জীবনে দুর্ভোগ নেমে আশে বিশেষ করে জলোচ্ছ্বাস হলো সমুদ্রের জল ফুলে উঁচু হয়ে উপকূলে আঘাত হানা। এটি এক ধরনের প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ। বিভিন্ন কারণে এটা হতে পারে, সাধারণত ঘূর্ণিঝড়, সুনামির কারণে জলোচ্ছ্বাসের সৃষ্টি হয়। তাই প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, অগ্নিকাণ্ড বা মহামারীর সময় ফাউন্ডেশন বিপদগ্রস্ত মানুষের পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে তাৎক্ষণিক ত্রাণ সামগ্রী ও পুনর্বাসন সেবা প্রদান করে অগ্রণী ভূমিকা পালন করতে পারে যেখানে আস-সুন্নাহ ফাউন্ডেশন তাতে কার্যকরী প্রদক্ষেপ নিতে সক্ষম হয়েছে বিগত দুর্যোগ মুকাবেলায়। আর ভবিষ্যতে একটি “দ্রুত সাড়া টিম (Rapid Response Team)” গঠন করে জাতীয় ও স্থানীয় স্তরে প্রস্তুত থাকা প্রয়োজন। পাশাপাশি দীর্ঘমেয়াদি পুনর্বাসনের জন্য স্বাবলম্বীকরণ বা হোম রিকনস্ট্রাকশন সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা যেতে পারে।

Above all, it is an understatement to say that this foundation will be able to play an effective role in the overall development of the family, society and the state by transforming the vast population of the country into skilled manpower, InshaAllah. On the other hand, the corrupt education system of the country, especially the vocational education system run by the Technical Directorate, is wasting money without helping the students in practical work. Which is a reflection of the fact that even after almost 50 years of independence (June 1, 1969), they are showing the failure to transform the human resources of the country into manpower.

সর্বপরি একটা কথা বলা বাহল্য যে দেশের বিপুল জনমানব কে দক্ষ জনশক্তিতে পরিনত করে পরিবার, সমাজ ও রাষ্ট্রের সার্বিক উন্নয়নে এই ফাউন্ডেশন কার্যকরী ভূমিকা রাখতে পারবে বলে আশা রাখি ইন্সাআল্লাহ। প্রক্ষান্তরে দেশের দুর্নীতিগ্রস্থ শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা বিশেষ করে কারিগরি অধিদপ্তর দ্বারা পরিচালীত ভোকেশনাল শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থায় শিক্ষার্থীদের বাস্তবধর্মী কাজে সহায়তা না করে অর্থ নষ্ট করছে। যা দেশ স্বাধীন লাভের প্রায় ৫০ বছর ( ১লা জুন, ১৯৬৯) প্রতিপার হলেও তারা দেশের মানব সম্পদ কে জনশক্তিতে রুপান্তর করতে ব্যর্থতার পরিচয় বহন করছে।

The main objective of the above projects is to achieve development at various levels of society on the basis of humanity, religious values ​​and communal harmony. These projects are helpful in creating an environment of respect, prosperity and compassion in the society. Therefore, As-Sunnah Foundation has become a reliable name for social development. Their projects are not only providing immediate assistance, but are also building the foundation for a sustainable future. If more research-based planning, technology reliance, transparency, and volunteer management are included in each project, this institution will, InshaAllah, make a permanent place in the hearts of people.

উপরোক্ত প্রকল্পগুলোর মূল লক্ষ্য হলো মানবতা, ধর্মীয় মূল্যবোধ ও সাম্প্রদায়িক সম্প্রীতির ভিত্তিতে সমাজের বিভিন্ন স্তরে উন্নয়ন সাধন। এই প্রকল্পগুলি সমাজে সম্মান, সমৃদ্ধি ও সহানুভূতির পরিবেশ তৈরিতে সহায়ক। তাই আস-সুন্নাহ ফাউন্ডেশন সমাজ উন্নয়নের একটি নির্ভরযোগ্য নাম হয়ে উঠেছে। তাদের প্রকল্পসমূহ কেবল তাত্ক্ষণিক সহায়তা নয়, বরং একটি টেকসই ভবিষ্যতের ভিত্তি গড়ে তুলছে। প্রতিটি প্রকল্পে আরও গবেষণাভিত্তিক পরিকল্পনা, প্রযুক্তি নির্ভরতা, স্বচ্ছতা এবং স্বেচ্ছাসেবক ব্যবস্থাপনা অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা গেলে এই প্রতিষ্ঠান মানুষের হৃদয়ে স্থায়ী স্থান করে নেবে ইনশাআল্লাহ্।

নিজে নামাজ আদায় করি এবং অপর কে নামাজ আদায় করতে উৎসাহিত করি। নিজে ভালো থাকি এবং পরিবারের সবাইকে ভালো রাখার চেষ্টা করি।
